Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING - All orders received after noon Central Time will not normally ship until the next business day. We are closed on Fridays. If you need an order shipped out the same day, please call us at 316-283-7301 before 12 noon CST.
RETURNS - All returns must be pre-approved by phone within 30 days of invoice and be in original condition. Items must be shipped postage paid and the customer will be charged a 15 % restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of return. We will refund your money by crediting your account on future orders. There are no returns on special orders.
BACKORDERS - Any items labeled as "Out of stock" will be backordered and shipped when available. The rest of your order will ship as usual. You will receive an email regarding your order. You will be notified of if there are any additional backorders by phone.
FOREIGN ORDERS - To order online, both your shipping and billing address must be in the United States. If you are ordering from outside the U.S. please call us at 316-283-7301 or send an email to email@example.com to place your order.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS - All custom products require full payment with the order and are nonreturnable.
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES - Due to the conditions under which our products are used, Motivational Tubing will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage directly or indirectly resulting from the use or misuse of these products. Motivational Tubing will, at its discretion, replace any products that are determined to be defective as the result of materials or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If preapproved, products should be returned to Motivational Tubing shipping prepaid, and replacement parts will be returned to the customer upon receipt of the defective product.
