Standard shipping is FedEx ground to the continuous states, and FedEx 2nd day to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico unless otherwise requested. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Options include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day (2 business days), FedEx Overnight (next business day), FedEx Freight Truck & U.S.P.S Standard and Priority Services. gladly accepts international orders and ships parts world-wide. All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Some items must ship by truck due to size and weight. Shipping charges will be assessed when the order is placed.
Motivational Tubing’s shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Because of this orders cannot be shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays.
Free shipping offers do not apply to the state of Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Free shipping offers typically ship via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise noted.
Free shipping offers apply to non-truck freight items. If your items ships via truck freight, and there is an additional charge for shipping, you will be notified on the Cart page of checkout. You will then be notified by a Racerdirect associate after you checkout to arrange shipping options.

We have partnered with the U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) to service our international customers. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. Just a great product shipped fast, no matter where you are. NOTE: All customs fees and import duties on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Occasionally, we will temporarily be out of stock on an item. In these cases, partial shipments will be made and the back ordered item shipped at a later date, unless complete shipment is requested. You will be notified of unexpected delays.
Motivational Tubing accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cashier’s check & money order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on refused orders. All customers who have refused orders in the past will be required to prepay future orders.
RETURNS Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please utilize the following steps when requesting your return to ensure prompt processing and credit to your account:
Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please note that RMA numbers expire 60 days after they are issued. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number and in its original packaging. The product must be unused and unaltered from its original state. Any merchandise returned that does not meet these criteria may be subjected to an additional handling fee or refused. You will receive an RMA number via E Mail with shipping instructions and the address to send your merchandise. Pack the parts carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship the parts back to us (if possible, please use the carton that you received the part in from us). Clearly print the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping carton (not the actual merchandise packaging being returned). Please do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping labels to the product package itself, because we must return it to stock and we can't re-sell a box that has been defaced. If merchandise or packaging is returned unsellable it will be returned to you or a repackaging fee will apply. We will require a copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing when the product was purchased. Please include this information with merchandise you are returning. All returns will be assessed a $5 processing fee per RMA number. This fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your credit card or PayPal account, plus any applicable restocking charges, typically 15% of purchase price. NOTE: The return/refund of any item purchased with Free Shipping Promotions or Flat Rate Shipping Promotions will effectively void the shipping promotion and will be subject to a restock fee of up to equal value of the original order shipping cost.
This cost will be deducted from the credit issued for this return.
We recommend that all returns/exchanges should be shipped via UPS or FedEx - no collect shipments will be accepted. Please insure the part for its full value to protect yourself against loss or damage in transit. Sorry, we can't accept returns on Special Order items, Electronic items or opened Computer Software products. Return Labels. If we determine that the part was shipped in error by our warehouse, we will either issue a UPS Call Tag or make arrangements to refund the return shipping at published UPS ground rates to your credit card. Please retain your shipping receipts for proof of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit by UPS or shipped by other methods. If the merchandise return requires shipment by truck, you must use the carrier we authorize on the RMA number correspondence we send you. No bus shipments will be accepted. Be sure you keep a record of your UPS tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns.
